Style. What does that mean? I admit; it is an overused word. Yet, before you shrug your shoulders to discount the notion that style is just a fluffy theory, I will help you break it down, step by step, so keep reading the posts. Before I do, fair warning to those who could care less. It is a cruel world; you are judged by your appearance, so the more successful you want to be, you better learn to have great style. I want you to reach your highest fashion potential.

Well, I find style ultimately to be personal, a reflection of your lifestyle and personality. However, to be modern and current, fashion guidelines dictate. Therefore, don’t despair. Anyone can develop a personal style, but like operating in a society with laws, you should adhere to the fashion do’s and don’ts to maximize your potential.

Anyway, interested in Honolulu style? I will start at the basics. Obviously, we’re not uber-urban. We are not New York, or San Francisco, or Chicago. The city landscape and cold weather do not govern; nature and the tropical heat do. So bring your confidence and your relaxed attitude and be ready to shed layers of clothes…
